The entire content of this website is the copyright of Flow Ink and may not be reproduced without permission. All rights reserved. Any person or company undertaking the services of Flow Ink Ltd agrees to the terms and conditions as set out.
Intellectual Property
The client will not hold Flow Ink responsible for any infringement of copyright relating to text contained within designs. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that no copyright infringement will occur in the use of their company name. Refunds will not be made in cases of such copyright infringement.
We always do our best to ensure that our designs are original and do not infringe upon any existing trademarked design. Should this unlikely event occur then the limit of our liability is the price of the package, i.e. the client will be offered a full refund. Unapproved website designs shall remain the copyright of Flow Ink and may not be reproduced without permission. Flow Ink reserves the right to reproduce any of its artwork, including approved web sites, for promotional purposes.
Payment
Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice. A 20% non refundable deposit is required before commencement of work. For new clients or those overseas Flow Ink Ltd reserves the right to invoice with a payable on receipt of Invoice.
Payments will be credited first to late payment charges & next to the unpaid balance. The Client shall be responsible for all collection or legal fees necessitated by late or default in payment. Flow Ink Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery & any transfer of ownership of any current work if accounts are not current or overdue invoices are not paid in full. All grants of any license to use or transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights under this Agreement are conditioned upon receipt of payment in full which shall be inclusive of any & all outstanding Additional Costs, Taxes, Expenses, & Fees, Charges or the costs of Changes.
Design Process
Clients may request any number of revisions providing they give clear and concise feedback and that the process converges.
Website Approval
The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval of a website. This will normally be done using the review form or by email.
All liabilities for errors, changes, or alterations become the responsibility of the client, once a design has been approved.
On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final website is automatically transferred to the client.
Credit Checks
Flow Ink Ltd reserves the right to check the credit details of any person or company using Flow Ink Ltd Services. Credit information found may result in clients being asked to pay a deposit, or the whole amount before commencing work.
Post-Approval Alterations
Post-approval revisions can be made and charged for at a rate of £10 per hour (minimum 1 hour). The client will be sent an invoice via email when the work is completed.
