How We Work

At Flow Ink we aim to offer the best possible service whilst reaming competitively priced. Our small in house team aspires to achieve this benchmark by following four simple procedures.

Brief - Design - Feedback - Implement - Sign Off

We believe when creating any kind of design for marketing that our design work is developed with a robust structure and plan in place to ensure that everything is being done for the right reasons and in the right order, and this is a core value of our services, whether you need a brochure website or promotional leaflets.

Only after the initial planning phases are complete, will we then produce the high quality though cost affective designs to ensure long term success. Take a look at our basic four step process below - and see how we can help you to achieve your marketing aims.

Step One

Brief

Over a brief meeting preferably face to face we'll be able to talk about your design requirements. We like to ask decisive questions such as the purpose of the project and who it is targeted towards, however we primarily like to listen and understand what you want, and how you want it to look, function and mostly achieve.

Step Two

Design

Our small in-house creative team will be presented with a clear client approved brief and understanding of the project and its purpose. The designers will then get involved and creative within the boudries of the brief. The project manager will be over looking the design process to ensure the clients design specification are met at the highest order. The design process can take as little as a week for a brochure website, before it is then moved to step three.

Step Three

Feedback

WIthin this stage the project manager will present the graphic designs to the client. We always want our clients to be extremely happy with their design project and this stage allows us and the client to discuss the project and if any relevant changes need to be applied.

Step Four

Implementation

The implementation stage of the project requires the least client interaction of the four phases, as we will have already covered any functionality and design in the previous phases and later revised it. When then move onto the final stage which is tying everything up by presenting the designs to the client.
